TEN is an animated dark comedy, inspired by Jogindranath Sarkar’s Bengali poem Haradhaner Dawsh-ti Chhele [Haradhan and his 10 Sons] is a short film inspired by the events of the Bangladesh Liberation War. During the war, an estimated 10 million people from East Pakistan fled to neighboring India for refuge. Most of these refugees settled in the Indian states of West Bengal and the North East region, particularly in the states of Tripura and Assam.

The poem provides a humorous take on the events of the war, offering a unique perspective on the experiences of those affected by the conflict.
